Order & Delivery

Placing an order is very easy, choose a product of your choice go thorugh the details listed, add to cart and proceed to check out. Upon checking out you will understand the break up of the costs like VAT, delivery charges etc. Add in your payment details and confirm. Now all you have to do is to wait for you order to be received.

All orders are sent through a courier company of our choice to ensure product is handled with care, and we may change the couriers we use without prior notice. All electric scooter and bike deliveries will need to be signed to receive.

If you are away and cannot sign for your delivery, then delivery partner will try to contact you or leave the details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.

In case of three failed deliveries and no contact the item will be returned to Scooter Store.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the amount of purchase, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

Scooter Store is not responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which will lead to the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer is fully responsibility for delivery details filled in at point of order.
